Training Guarantee
If, after completing a RightApp training course, you are not completely satisfied with the training you received, or if you feel that you need more practice or instruction, you may come back to RightApp and join a scheduled training course for the same service at no additional charge. Notice is required within 5 days of your training that you wish to re-train, and the course must have adequate availability.

On-site
RightApp trainers can come to your location and conduct training. We require that the staff to be trained does not have any interruptions during the time we are scheduled to train. We will provide personalized training at a users desk for up to 3 users.
Remote
RightApp uses specialized software that allows us to provide training via the internet, right on your desktop. That's right - you will be trained on YOUR OWN desk. We can accomodate up to 10 persons in a remote session. We require that the staff to be trained does not have any interruptions during the time we are scheduled to train.
Class Room
RightApp offers trainig in a modern class room. This facility seats 14 and features a state-of-the-art large screen projector, an integrated sound system, and for each attendee their own computer for the training class.

Bronze Plan
$750 for 12 months. Up to 15 users. Additional users: $50 each. Our Bronze Plan includes unlimited telephone support. Our phone support addresses issues that are strictly technical in nature, such as errors, unexpected results, and performance problems. Phone support is not designed to address customization, data conversion, advanced data repair, training, or consulting.
Silver Plan
$2,150 for 12 months. Up to 15 users. Additional users: $75 each. Our Silver Plan includes everything in the Bronze plan plus up to 5 remote sessions. Our remote sessions are more comprehensive than phone sessions, and include additional desktop installs and basic user preferences. Silver support is not designed to address customization, data conversion, advanced data repair, training, or consulting.
Gold Plan
$3250 for 12 months. Up to 15 users. Additional users: $125 each Our Gold Plan includes everything in the Silver plan plus up to 5 on-site sessions. Our on-site sessions cover everything that remote sessions do and adds general installation and re-installation and security issues as well as standard reporting. Gold support is not designed to address customization, data conversion, advanced data repair, training, or consulting.
Platinum Plan
$6,500 for 12 months. Up to 25 users. Additional users: $220 each. Our Platinum Plan includes everything in our Gold Plan as well as a total of 25 remote and or on-site support calls per year. Additionally, our Platinum Plan includes advanced data repair, customization and training on the following specific items: How to create bill slips, how to run reports, how to create merge templates, how to manage your calendar and how to add documents. Platinum support is not designed to address customization, data conversion, training, or consulting.
